About Hewlett-Packard
Hewlett-Packard, also known as HP, is a multinational technology company headquartered in Palo Alto, California. HP provides servers, controllers, processors, software, disk storage and services to businesses of all sizes. HP is active in the government, health and education sectors.
HP History
In 1939 Hewlett-Packard was founded in a Palo Alto garage by Bill Redington Hewlett and Dave Packard. HP specializes in developing and manufacturing servers, information storage, memory, SAS DRIVES and SATA DRIVES and networking equipment and software design. Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak held summer jobs at HP. The two eventually founded Apple, Inc in their own Polo Alto garage.

HP Integrity Servers
Integrity by Hewlett-Packard has been produced since 2003. The Integrity brand name was inherited by HP from Tandem Computers through the purchase of Compaq. Chipset support from 4 CPUs up to to 8 PCI-X busses. The sx1000 supports up to 64 CPUs and up to 192 PCI-X buses. The successors are the zx2 and sx2000, respectively.
HP9000 Servers
HP 9000 servers produced by the Hewlett-Packard Company run HP-UX, which is a flavor of Unix. Introduced in 1984 to bring together existing workstations models launched in the early 1980s, the HP 9000 brand was discontinued in 2008.
